Terms of Use

1. Who We Are

WiseNRI.AI is a digital advisory and services platform designed for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs). We provide access to curated real-estate listings, portfolio management services (PMS), mutual funds, GIFT City AIFs, repatriation guidance, tax filing coordination, legal documentation, and other NRI-focused services through empanelled expert partners.

WiseNRI is an intermediary platform. We facilitate connections between users and service providers. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, registered broker, bank, or legal firm unless explicitly stated. All regulated services are delivered by empanelled, appropriately licensed third-party partners.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Certain services are available only to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) or Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs/OCIs) as defined under FEMA, 1999.
• By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must promptly notify us at hello@wisenri.ai of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You may not share your account with others or use another user's account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Marketplace Orders & Payments

• Fixed-price services on the NRI Marketplace are transacted via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Once a service order is confirmed and work has commenced, refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
• For consultation or quote-based services, no payment is taken until a scoping call is completed and an engagement letter is signed.
• WiseNRI is not liable for delays or outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, UI design, data models, and the Kubera AI system — is the property of WiseNRI.AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of FEMA, SEBI, RBI, or any other applicable regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without written permission
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the Platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or AI model weights from Kubera AI
• Impersonate any person, entity, or WiseNRI staff

9. Third-Party Partners & Links

The Platform connects you with third-party service providers (tax advisors, legal firms, fund managers, banks, developers). WiseNRI does not endorse or guarantee the services, accuracy, or reliability of any third party. Your dealings with third-party partners are governed by their own terms and conditions. WiseNRI shall not be liable for any loss arising from your reliance on third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WiseNRI.AI, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Investment losses resulting from decisions made based on Platform content
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in property listings, fund data, FX rates, or AI-generated content
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures
• Actions or omissions of third-party partners

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WiseNRI.AI and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
